Chassis suspension, as the load-bearing mechanism connecting the tires and chassis, determines the passability and comfort of the chassis. In the field of passenger vehicles, hardcore off-road vehicles generally use integral suspension, while family sedans mostly use independent suspension.

 

The independent suspension has good comfort, but due to the lack of axle configuration, the lateral force generated by the large tire jump is borne by the oil cylinder, which leads to the oil cylinder being prone to eccentric wear and shortening its service life.

 

The overall suspension has good passability and strong load-bearing capacity. The lateral force of the tires is borne by the axle, and the oil cylinder is subjected to force up and down, which is not easy to wear the cylinder and has high reliability. Therefore, many globally renowned crane manufacturers often apply it to large-tonnage crane products. Sany's 100t-2400t truck cranes all adopt integral suspension.
